Thanks to all who attended the development committee meeting thursday 17th february, the next one is tuesday march 8th - by then we should have heard back from the management committee regarding the proposal for the next refurb project.

Founded in 1980 Phoenix is a fully mutual housing co-operative run by its members - single people in housing need who are on a low income. We are currently undertaking a refurb project on 9 flats in Spey Street in Tower Hamlets. We can do this only because the Co-op’s members volunteer their labour.
